Sabrina Graham, APRN, FNP-C
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Sabrina Graham has been a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2015. A resident of Ocala since 2009, she began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse at Munroe Regional Medical Center (MRMC). She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2015.
With extensive experience in family medicine and primary care, Sabrina is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients. She believes in a collaborative approach to healthcare, working alongside patients to help them achieve their personal health goals and optimal health outcomes.
Sabrina is also a proud U.S. Army combat veteran, having served from 2001 to 2005.
Outside of her professional life, Sabrina enjoys spending quality time with her family, cheering on her children at their sporting events and activities, and traveling.

• Starting at $75
All individual new members will pay a one-time intake fee of $100 at the first visit. Families are $200. Regular billing will start the month you enroll, regardless of first visit date. If you pay for a year at the time of enrollment, the intake fee is waived.
